All personalization is included in listed product prices. Please provide text exactly as you would like it to appear on the item.

Shipping

Cord of Three Strands orders and other non-personalized items will ship 1 business day after order is placed. This applies for all shipping options, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select.

Personalized candles and other personalized items are shipped within 5 business days.

Candles are shipped via UPS. UPS shipping charges are based on weight of the package, zone of the delivery, and the dimensions of the box it is shipped in (air packages only). UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Due to the weight and size of several items, we reserve the right to contact customers with an adjusted shipping amount when selecting UPS air shipping.

Returns

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date no exceptions. Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as God's Knot cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.
